Hand sanitizer works well in removing lipstick stains on fabrics and so does hairspray, which also removes permanent ink stains on non-porous surfaces.
For stubborn lipstick stains, dab a paste of cornstarch mixed with water on the stain and let it sit for about an hour. Rinse with cold water.
